Founded in 2013 by Learn&Go, Kaligo is an application designed to teach students how to write and spell using a tablet and stylus in the classroom or at home.
Kaligo aims to support children of all abilities to achieve their highest possible literacy levels. Children who are behind expected levels can use Kaligo to progress by as much as two year groups in ability.
Neuroscientific research confirms the link between motor skills and the brain’s ability to acquire information. How can Kaligo reverse the negative literacy trend found in schools across the World?
« Our solution focuses on improving concentration rather than just the novelty of using a tablet. Concentration helps the learning process which leads to richer verbal and written vocabulary. A win-win situation »

Kaligo’s mission is to support each student in their journey of learning to write and spell, through a modern, digital and fun approach. By providing learning paths specific to needs of individual students, Kaligo empowers students to become actors in their own development. Kaligo is digitalising the traditional methods by providing a medium to practise the fundamentals of handwriting and spelling on a fun and engaging tool. Dont forget, the key impact we want to see is the results on paper!

After several years of research, Kaligo has developed both a French and English version of the application to date.
We’re currently experiencing exciting periods of growth across Europe, next to arrive is our German version.
Keep your eyes peeled as we have kick started our work on a dedicated Arabic version for both native speakers and for those learning additional languages.
